Please ensure all greenhouse kits and accessories are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble any equipment and place all components, manuals, and hardware into the original shipping crates or boxes.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large structures.
