Pick the medium or large size to fit perfectly into either medium or large Harvest Right freeze dryer trays. Pick Pro or Classic depending on how many trays your Harvest Right Freeze dryer has.  They can withstand extreme temperatures and conditions that occur during freeze drying. Each section holds approximately one tablespoon. Food-grade premium silicone, BPA free, easy to release food and clean up.
