This pump has been discontinued by Harvest Right, nor do they provide parts or service for this older model anymore.

This pump was included with every freeze dryer purchase in the past, and is available as a replacement for current 'classic' freeze dryer owners. Customers with certain older model freeze dryers or more recent models that came with a Premier Pump may need an adapter and/or hose to use this pump. Harvest Right will provide those free of charge.
